A Gluten Free Harvest is a Home Based Bakery and our website is our Store Front. We are so excited you have decided to visit our Store! A Gluten Free Harvest is comitted to providing our customers with gluten free and wheat free products that are nutritious, wholesome, and great tasting. We provide a wide range of pre-packaged mixes, fresh and frozen food products made from only the finest ingredients. We take pride in providing our customers with exceptional products and back that up with our money back guarantee. Our History
In 2003, at the age of 10, our son was diagnosed with Celiac Disease. We read everything available on the disease, consulted with nutritionalists and doctors and realized that the market place offered very little choices for consumers requiring this special diet and what was available was not very appetizing.
It was then that we promised our son that we would create a gluten free flour mix and recipes for his favorite foods that tasted great and were nutritious. With a little work and a lot of spoiled batches, we have fulfilled that promise with the creation of A Gluten Free Harvest.
Our bakery is dedicated to wheat free and gluten free baking to eliminate the possibility of contamination by gluten and is approved by the Thunder Bay District Health Unit with an 'A' grade. Please give us a try!
